You know, I've been gone from Runescape for a about 2 months now, situating my life, getting things done.
I'm still not back becuase my bitch of my mom still wont pay for Internet, But this is what I've gotten so far on these recent Promised update.
Suprised me too, I doubt its anything edited, It probably could well may have been, but what would be the point?

Secondly;
this poll doesn't even prompt you to log-in to submit your vote. All
you're required to do is "enter a valid Runescape player's name". I
voted three times as Shysteph, Zezima, and Elvis.
Take the hint; it's a troll poll. They want their holiday giggles
before they leave for vacation AND/OR they're trying to get players who
quit for this very thing being removed to come back for awhile, suckling
a bit of money from them in the process.

The image of Mod Osborne stating that the Wilderness and Free Trade was Fake, is 100% fake and was created by me.
I
got bored and decided to troll my friend, so I created the image via
HTML editing. I sent the picture to him across Windows Messenger, and
obviously he decided to take my image and post it across several forums.
The image was then downloaded by another person, had the name blocked
out and the quality worsened (possibly by saving it in a different
format), and then the person proceeded to reupload the image and post it
around some more.
When my friend first told me that he posted
my image, I thought nothing of it; No one would care and the threads
would be deleted. Obviously I was wrong. The image continued to float
from player to player, forum to forum, and eventually I noticed it on RS
Wiki and YouTube, as well as seeing quotes from Mod Mark saying that
Mod Osborne was upset over the image. I felt guilty. I had no idea that
it would become this ‘big’.
I had no intentions whatsoever of
the image being circulated at all, and I offer my sincerest apologies to
JaGeX, and especially Mod Osborne. I hope you will forgive me as I am
feeling rather guilty. Also, apologies to all of the players who were
mislead by this image.
Tl;dr – I created the picture to troll
my friend, and he decided to post the image on several forums without my
knowing. The image was then spread around again by someone else,
bringing it to the attention of several J Mods and players. I had no
intentions of it being spread around, and offer my sincerest apologies
to JaGeX and Mod Osborne especially.
Side note – To whoever
doesn’t believe that I created the picture, I really couldn’t care less.
Also to whoever thinks it was created via PhotoShop, you are wrong and
your mind is playing tricks on you; It was created via HTML editing.

Although I think the new vote will pass, don't expect it soon. They have
to move every minigame and corp and even re-do clues so people will
actually do them and not be threatened to do so.
I actually
sorta like this. It would be interesting on how runescape would take its
more tradition trade and pvp system to how it is now. I think the
economy would be better and pkers would be happy with some none laggy
worlds.
The reason Jagex is even considering doing this as of
now as far as I know is because they just got some new bot tech that is
probably the most up to date ever and most improvements in a long while
to be able to sustain and ban botters, and rwt.
They can
probably detect if someone is rwt with like a candle and a phat unless
of course the guy was quitting. I'm not exactly how this would work out
because if you mix the rules runescape has and free to trade there are
loop holes that people won't hesitate to take care of unless looked
properly.

"They're doing it because China has recently made gold farming illegal,
pretty much the reason the changes had to be made in 2007.
If it weren't for that, we may never have lost Wilderness/Free Trade.
